Heritage Cottage Renovation & Second-Storey Addition
Working with Promena Projects, a builder we have partnered with for many years, we delivered the full carpentry package on this 1880s sandstone cottage in Clovelly. Set on a quiet cul-de-sac near Clovelly Village, the home needed a luxury second-storey addition that kept its original charm while bringing in a modern touch.
We took the job from roof framing through to the finishing details, including the staircase, feature screens, external timber cladding and timber decking. The result is a home that respects its history and suits the way the owners live today, and one both the owner and builder are proud of.
