M2 Carpentry built Studio Paz, a two-storey modern garage with a luxury granny flat above, designed for short-term stays in Randwick. Inspired by coastal-japandi design, this high-end retreat offers a stylish and functional space for couples and small families. We handled the entire project, including framing, flooring, fit-out, and cladding, ensuring top-quality craftsmanship from start to finish.
We also partnered with Lyndsay Le Gassick from Bayside Styling , who curated a calm yet luxurious interior with high-end finishes and thoughtful styling to make the space both beautiful and functional.
